FAQs

• You are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after the final shot in a two-shot regimen or 2 weeks after the single shot in a one-shot regimen.
• If you are in the process of getting vaccinated, you can submit your current status and update with a new response when complete.
• If your vaccination status changes, you can resubmit at any time.
• This request is not subject to HIPPA; however, we will not provide a copy of your vaccine card to anyone and will not share your vaccination status except as required to work on a customer site.
• If you get a booster, please resubmit your card and respond as “yes” again once complete.
• If you do not want to respond, you will be considered not vaccinated.
• We only need a picture or copy of the front side of the card when responding.
