OHSU Center for Health & Healing South

The Center for Health & Healing South includes two buildings adjacent to the existing building at SW Moody & Gibbs Street. The two buildings are connected to each other and the existing OHSU Center for Health & Healing building via a set of sky bridges over ​Southwest Whitaker Street and Southwest Bond Street.

Block 29 is an ambulatory care building with 360,000 ​square feet of space. The 12-story building was built on top of an existing below grade parking garage.

The 10-story Block 28 building is located on a site currently used as surface parking. The building includes one level of below-grade parking, retail and conference facilities on the ground floor, four levels of elevated parking​, an elevated central utility plant and 72,000 ​square feet of guest housing at the top of the structure.
