OHSU Center for Health & Healing South
The Center for Health & Healing South includes two buildings adjacent to the existing building at SW Moody & Gibbs Street. The two buildings are connected to each other and the existing OHSU Center for Health & Healing building via a set of sky bridges over Southwest Whitaker Street and Southwest Bond Street.
Block 29 is an ambulatory care building with 360,000 square feet of space. The 12-story building was built on top of an existing below grade parking garage.
The 10-story Block 28 building is located on a site currently used as surface parking. The building includes one level of below-grade parking, retail and conference facilities on the ground floor, four levels of elevated parking, an elevated central utility plant and 72,000 square feet of guest housing at the top of the structure.
