PDX Airport Parking Addition & Consolidated Rental Car Facility

OEG, Inc., a subsidiary of MDU Construction Services Group, Inc., provided design-assist electrical construction services for this 1.6-million-square-foot parking structure and office building at PDX.

The facility comprises new offices for airport operations, additional long-term parking, a consolidated rental car facility, new rental car offices, and a new and relocated parking toll plaza. Support work to enable these elements included modifications to the existing P2 parking structure as well as significant changes and upgrades to surface roadways and underground utilities.

The facility was built with long-term resiliency in mind, enabling airport operations to be functional immediately after a natural disaster.
